Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom orders, special-order items, and items purchased during a promotional sale or at a discounted price are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
To start a return, please contact us at hello.nouvelleshoppe@gmail.com. Once your item(s) are deemed eligible for a refund, we will provide specific return instructions. For any damaged items or refund concerns, photos are required as part of the return request. If your return is accepted, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee Policy
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of non-defective items. All returned items must be in their original condition, include the original packaging, and come with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos are required for any damages and/or concerns.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any promotional sales and/or clearance items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
Items that are damaged upon return will not be eligible for a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items are properly packaged and securely shipped to prevent damage during transit.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
